    This article has a 12 month warranty. The warranty relates to manufacturing and material defects as well as other defects that are already present at the time of delivery.     This restriction also applies to a fault that has arisen as a result of improper repairs by a service partner authorized by us. If the goods can neither be repaired nor exchanged, the value of the goods will be credited to you, minus shipping costs and not insurance.

    Refunds will only be made if the damage to the product is reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
