Not all tzitzit strings are considered equal!

Tzitzit strings must be spun with the intention to fulfill the Mitzvah of Tzitzit. Many Tzitzt strings, especially ones that come standard on less expensive pre-tied garments, are machine-spun. The rational being, the person who starts up the machine has the Mitzvah intention in mind and satisfies the requirement. This approach is accepted by some contemporary Rabbis, but many reject this reasoning, after all, can a machine really have intention? Therefore many great contemporary Rabbis recommend Tzitzit to be hand spun to properly fulfill the Torah's requirement.

On top of this, it's important the manufacturing process be supervised by a knowledgeable Rabbinic organization known to be careful and God-fearing, as various mistakes or carelessness could render the Tzitzit not as advertised, or even not Kosher at all! Our tzitzit are certified by the Bet Din of Jerusalem Eida HaCharedit, recognized in Israel and the world as one of the most reputable, strict, and God-fearing Rabbinic organizations in the world.

You can rest assured your Tzitzit will have only the best strings!

We ship orders from Israel! Most of our products, except new Judaica books, are sourced and shipped FROM Israel. This makes for a unique and diverse selection of vintage and antique Judaica and Israeli products, originating both from Israel, and the diasporic communities ranging from Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and many more. Because we ship internationally, shipping rates on heavier items can be a bit pricy. We do our best to calculate shipping rates accurately to get your unique products to you securely.
