This laptop was refurbished, laptop was opened and components inside were air dusted clean including heatsink. System was reinstalled to ensure it loaded and works properly and offers a fresh start, it runs Windows 11 Pro. The W11 sometimes gives a black screen after the logo and stops, just turn off and boot again. This is probably a W11 issue since its designed for newer systems, but is not affecting system performance. I put W11 on another one of these systems and is doing the same thing. Sleep mode was also disabled, sleep doesnt work. I needed to put another operating system in this computer and decided that the future is W11 and went that direction. Battery holds charge but is untested. It is in great condition. Has webcam and backlit keyboard, and a Bluray player. MSI GT70 gaming system, with upgraded features. Full HD 1920x1080 screen resolution. Video card is installed as a Quadro M5000M. This quality upgraded gaming laptop has the latest operating system and would make an exceptional laptop for home or gaming use.
