Gibson Flying V 67 Cherry 2000 Electric Guitar Shipping From Japan

Description

This is a 1967 type of Flying V, a typical variant of the Flying V guitar, Gibson Flying V-67 Reissue.

Mahogany body, mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard, 22F specification, 496R & 500T PU mounted, 2Vol/1Tone/3-way selector controls, Tune-O-Matic bridge, and Kluson pegs are used to faithfully reproduce traditional specifications.

This model has been favored by many artists in the hard rock and heavy metal scene for its aggressive looks with good balance when played standing up, and it is one that suits the drive sound.

The overall appearance shows signs of use (color burn, scratches around the head, scratches/paint chips around the body, pickup bobbins shaved by picking, scuffs and scratches from playing, picking marks, buckle marks, fogging, bits and rust on metal parts and screws, and other external damage).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret adjustment) upon arrival, and the originally low fretboard is high enough for playing.

The truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen, and its operation has been confirmed to be ±60°.
