Describe:
The M520 is a voltage, current and power measuring instrument: it can only measure and display the voltage, current and power of the circuit under test. The displayed value can be fine-tuned with an adjustable resistor. The actual voltage and current of the loop has no effect. During use, do not work under high voltage above 20V, otherwise it will easily cause overvoltage damage to the product.
10A series products have shunt resistors, and the test terminal for DC measurement will be short-circuited. As long as the instrument is connected in series with the load according to the wiring diagram, it can be used normally.
Working voltage: The working voltage of the instrument is DC 5-30V, and it is recommended to be 5-12V. The thin red wire is the positive pole of the working power supply, and the thin black wire is the negative pole of the working power supply, which is on the same ground as the thick black wire; the limit voltage connected to the red and black thin wires cannot exceed 24V, and a 12V power supply is recommended.
Measurement range: The voltage measurement range is 0-100V, and the display mode below 10V is 0.0V. The voltage starts at 0.1V and has a tolerance of ±1V. The current measurement range is 0-10A, the current starts from 0.03A, and the error starts from ±3%.
Shunt Resistor: On-board shunt resistor, no need for external shunt, just use it directly according to the wiring diagram. The parallel resistance is connected in parallel with the current test line, and the no-load test will cause a short circuit alarm. When in use, connect the thick red wire to the negative pole of the load according to the wiring diagram of normal use.
Standard lead: XH-2.54-3P red, black, yellow wire (the total length of the thin wire is 155mm/6.1in)
Red thin wire: the positive pole of the working power supply, cannot be connected to a power supply above 30V
Thin black wire: the negative pole of the working power supply, the thick black wire on the construction site, it does not need to be connected when sharing the power supply
Thin yellow wire: Voltage test lead, connected to the positive side of the test circuit power supply
VH-3.96-2P red and black wire (thick wire total length 165mm/6.5in) current test wire
Thick red wire: Positive pole of current test, connected to negative pole of load.
Thick black wire: current test negative pole, connect the power supply negative pole, connect first, disconnect then disconnect
Voltage display trim: This is a trim trim, not a major adjustment. What is adjusted is the displayed voltage, but the actual voltage cannot be adjusted!
