Couch with Free Standing Table at front end. Storage under Couch. Table can fold down.

Couch can convert to a Childs Bed - See Pictures - 147 cm Long x 64 cm Wide. 

Couch Cushion makes Bed See Pictures..

Miniature / Small Washing Machine at side of couch at front.

Kitchen has a Sink with Tap ( running water ) Tank and Mains can be used.

Bench Space - Drawers - Fridge works Electric - Gas Stove Works.

Top Storage area for Plates Cups etc - One Sliding door is missing.

Has cupboard for Clothing / Storage. Mirror on inside. Several small Storage areas.

The 2 back side small windows Do Not Open. Others Do all have Fly screens.

Comes with all Floor Coverings.

Solid Entry door ( Has dents towards bottom ) - their is a second door with Metal and Fly Screen at top..

Has new Water Tank Holds approx 35 L with 12 V Pump. Can use - connect mains Water..

Has 2 Solar Panels - one on Roof and one at the front and has Battery Monitors inside.

Single Axel - Tires are 185 R x 14 Holden Pattern - Good.

Draw Bar is 3ft6". Deep Cycle Battery.

Has an Air Conditioner in the Back Wall - This has been tried and is working well nice and cool!.

Caravan is 15 ft Long x 7ft Wide x 8ft High..

Tare - 960 Kg / GVM - 1320Kg.

Has Anderson Plug for charging Battery from Car.

7 Pin Flat Plug.

Comes with Side Annex no walls.

Comes with a Aluminum Fixed Table and Chairs - seats 4 - Used once.

White Caravan with Blue Trims. Tows Good.

Comes with most added items in Pictures. Most are New.

Comes with 2 sets of Bed Linen. - Sheets - Doonas / Covers and Pillows as Pictured - All are New.

Caravan is a Registered 1900 Newlands - Reg in Victoria till 9/02/2025..

Was purchased as boys retreat but need bigger Room - Selling as Described and as Pictured.

There are a few minor dings here and there and the worst is on the Main door - see pictures..
