Laid flat the waist measures approximately 12 inches (~30.5cm) from side to side.

Unstretched the waist circumference is approximately 25.5 inches (~64.5cm). At full stretch the waist circumference is approximately 39 inches (~98.5cm).

Length from top of waistband to hem at side is approximately 7 inches (~18cm).  

Made in France.
