Pretty gold tone metal (looks like tin) with black around the face and 

green on either side.
The Watch card is so elegant for a child's toy.
Has rubber, elastic wristband which probably would needs replacing if

Good vintage condition with some light surface corrosion from age.
Header card has tape over a tear.
