Overall good condition, very good clean pages throughout. First edition first printing hardback 2017 signed to the front flyleaf page via a bookplate. Book cover is good but does have a split to the bottom left corner of the front cover - this is cosmetic as the book is structurally very good. A couple of other tiny bumps to the edges.
