The new Pumaspeed Racing Competition Clutch for Fiesta ST180 and ST200 is here, the strongest and best clutch available on the market, for a fantastic affordable price!

Our previous red Pumaspeed Fiesta ST200 Plus Clutch has been a runaway success with many hundreds of units sold world wide, it uses a slightly larger friction material than stock to give more surface area contact to the flywheel for added grip and longevity on the stock dual mass flywheel setup. We recommend this ST200 Plus clutch for road applications up to stage 3R and approx 330-340bhp.

We also over the blue Pumaspeed Racing Clutch and Flywheel Kit which includes a full clutch kit and single mass flywheel, along with bespoke friction and cover plate to allow the car to safely rev way past 8000rpm with no fear of the standard dual mass flywheel falling apart, it suits applications from stock power to 500bhp.


So where does this new Pumaspeed Competition Clutch fit in the market?


The new yellow competition spec clutch has been designed to work with the stock dual mass flywheel and is a direct bolt on replacement unit for all original ST180 and ST200 Clutches. It has a stronger pressure plate and is rated to over 450nm of torque and over 400bhp, even in competition use such as track, drag or rally. This unit is unique to Pumaspeed and the Pumaspeed Dealer Network and not available anywhere else.

With the Pumaspeed Competition Clutch you get a clutch capable of dealing with all of the aftermarket hybrid and big turbo setups with power up to and above 400bhp, whilst maintaining a sensibly light pedal feel, and more importantly, without paying main dealer prices. 

We have these clutches in stock and ready to go! We always recommend replacing the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder at the same time as the clutch itself. We also recommend changing the dual mass flywheel in vehicles that have covered over 80,000 normal road miles, or 60,000 road/track miles.

Is there a bedding in procedure?


It is important that a bedding in procedure is followed after installing this clutch - we strongly recommend approximately 500 miles of normal driving to bed this clutch in, heat cycles are important to ensure the correct bedding in procedure is followed or else you run the risk of bypassing this procedure, causing the clutch to slip, leading to premature wear. Pumaspeed takes no responsibility for clutches that haven't had a full bedding in procedure followed.
