Item is new in open box.  Box is somewhat distressed.  Duravit Me by Starck 0020090000 Toilet Seat Accessory in White.  You will receive everything that is shown in photos and that is all.  In the last photo, i tried to capture what is looks like on the very top of the lid is some lines, some sort of real faint design/lines, not sure if thats a factory flaw or if they are supposed to be there.  Just letting you know that they are there.  Hardware is sealed.  You will not receive anything more than what is shown in photos.  This item may be shipped Fedex Home Delivery or UPS Ground.
