Very clean Sigma EX 105mm f/2.8 D macro 5 pin full frame lens with hood, caps and filter. In Nikon AF mount. The glass is clear with no fungus or haze in it. Tested on a D800 and the auto focus works nicely as does the manual focus and aperture control. The lens hood is metal not plastic.
