This has never been used and is newly constructed. A real over the top job with very clever thinking into the design. Everything works perfectly and it is capable of on and off grid with electric starting generator, sanatory system, water pump and tank etc. Or very easy to hook it up to the mains. Comes with all cables to do so, you can plug it straight into a 3 pin socket as demonstrated in the photos and everything work from that. Fantastic having the Air conditioning. Cost a fortune to build. Doesn't come with the chair or the wine candle :)
