MOS FET Electronic Switch Module
Description:
MOS FET electronic switch module, you can use a small voltage low current to control high power equipment, such as: motors, large bulbs, high power LED etc.
Features:
Input Control Voltage: 3.3V-12V
Output Port Control Voltage: 5-36V
The Board uses optical coupling isolation, On both ends of the voltage is completely isolated.
Input control using 2pin feet, one feet connect to ground, the other connect to control, it will able to control switch directly.
Control current is 1-5mA, but control Voltage is different. The difference of current is due to loss on the LED.
Controlled Current: Max 22A (more than 5A need add heatsink)

Control terminal use 2.54mm pin, easy wiring.
Control can be directly connected to the microcontroller IO. Can use MCU ARDUINO PWM control motor speed, lamp brightness and so on. (Notice: large current need add heatsink)
