CULLMANN Camera Tripod Head from West Germany - used. Has pan, tilt, & rotate. Weighs about 1 lb - 7 oz. Dimensions:  4.5" high x 4" x 3.5". Has a quick release. The handle is about 9.5" long. It's probably from a Cullmann 2901 tripod.

The handle will be removed to make shipping easier.
