has silver D-ring with sturdy dog-clip clasp and removable little mini strap thing, 

as well as a little black phone strap thing, and a hard plastic ID card case that has a clear panel on one side.

please note that it is just a card case with a cassette print on it, it is not an actual cassette.

you can attach the card holder to either the black strap, or the metal clip, depending on how often you need to detach it from the lanyard. 

or just use it on something else entirely, like luggage or a backpack.

card holder is standard size, able to hold anything roughly the size of a credit card or ID card.
