This is a circa 1971 unique and rare metal on particle board 9" X 11" plaque, commemorating the Baltimore Colts' victory in Super Bowl V with Johnny Unitas, John Mackey and Jim O'Brien.  

Has a few scratches, but displays great. Never saw one before !
