Charm was cleaned using Pandora polishing cloth to remove any tarnish to the best of my ability. Charm was never worn; only taken out of bag to be photographed. Charm bag does have signs of wear from being in storage including but not limited to: creases, wrinkles, faded ink, sticker tears.
