Material: velvet embroidered bodice and arm cuffs.  skirt and rest of arms.. Maybe cotton/rayon?

The measurement when the garment is laid flat are:

Arm pit to Arm pit: 18.5"

Length: 125cms

Has had a repair near the press studs at the back
