Condition: New / Take-Off / Removed before Delivery - Please Read, I have many sets of these, there may be some slight variations between the sets.

These pulleys were removed from SRAM Red AXS eTAP Rear Derailleurs at time of build/delivery.

I also take actual pictures of the items I sell, with very few exceptions i.e., if the item is new in a sealed box. What you see in the pictures, is the item you will receive.

A NOTE ON FEEDBACK 

It is my personal policy to leave feedback as soon as I receive payment.... Because I feel that at this point, you have completed your end of the auction.

All I ask from any of my buyers is that if you are not happy with anything I've sold or shipped to you.... Please contact me.

I would also appreciate, that you the buyer, would leave me feedback when you receive the item. This way I know the item has been received and everything is OK.

 

COMMUNICATION

It is especially important to me that I let my buyers know that their payment was received and when their item will ship.

I also buy items on eBay, and nothing is more aggravating then waiting on getting a confirmation e-mail that the seller has received my payment and will be shipping.

I try to respond to all my auctions within hours or less (with very few exceptions). Fast payment from a buyer usually means fast shipping from me.

SHIPPING

I will gladly combine shipping if you buy more then one of my items.

When I ship, I charge exact shipping costs (rounded up to the next dollar), unless using a flat shipping fee.

I ship USPS Priority Mail, UPS and Fed-Ex and will choose the cheaper of the three (unless you request a carrier, or the item is to large for USPS).

Please allow a handling time of 2 business days for shipping. 

I only ship to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48)
