This is a beautiful skirt by Lane Bryant, size 22. This is crinkle fabric and is supposed to look wrinkled. To keep the crinkle style, you must hand wash it and let it dry while it's twisted in a rope. Material is 100% cotton. This skirt has not been worn but was tucked away in a closet for some time. I don't see any flaws. Waist is 42" (without stretching). Length 35". Thanks for looking!
