Here for your bidding pleasure is the pictured 1940s era Tissot ladies 17 Jewels mechanical wind up wristwatch movement that has 17 Jewels and is 5 ¾ lignes wide by 7 ½ lignes long on the Swiss sizing scale. The only caliber marking I can find is under the balance wheel area- 136 / 1T1. The movement does wind smoothly but will not tick or run due to a broken balance staff problem. The 14.3mm diameter round original dial rates about VERY GOOD cosmetic condition with a nice even patina. The yellow hands are nicer condition than the dial- straight and bright! The serial number on this movement is: 4,377,807 but I don’t know of any Tissot serial number register that would allow specific manufacture date deciphering. NO RESERVE!!
