A rare and extremely attractive nautical map of the BLACK SEA COAST, issued in 1854, by the British Admiralty.

This chart shows great details of the overall coastline.

Features both nautical and inland detail noting both topographical features and thousands of depth soundings (in fathoms). Important ports, Island and navigational points are carefully noted.

This 1919 edition,

has printed corrections to 1960.

Note - The orange/red markings on the chart indicate the location of navigational aids, such as lighthouses, beacons, markers, Etc. They have been updated, added / altered on a chart by means of Small Corrections.
