Please provide the following information:
1, Provide your pet's name (+ address, phone...)
2, If ordering a couple, add them to the cart one by one.

If the corresponding information is not available, we will use the DEFAULT value. If buyer doesn’t leave personalization detail, we will contact buyer and if no response received we have to cancel the order.
If you want to use your own image, please send the image via Message and choose "sending own image" at checkout. Please note the printing quality will depend on the file you provide.
We do not automatically send proof but please add note of "REQUEST PROOF" at checkout if you need one. If a proof is requested, the handling time will be extended for 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping
Standard shipping is 10-20 days to United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia and expedited shipping is 3-5 days. Both options available at checkout. If proof requested, another 3-5 days will add to the handling time.
Return & Replacement
Due to the nature of customized products, we DO NOT accept return or replacement unless the item is proven to be faulty. Please read the listing description thoroughly and leave all necessary information (we will print exactly as you input so please pay attention to the spelling/caps). But please contact us if there's any question regarding your order.
