The pictured item is an example of the item condition that you will receive, and not of the actual item. This item should be considered Grade C with scratches and marks on the metal casing. The display will be in very good condition. 

An official keyboard is included and will have marks and/or fraying. Battery health will be at least 80%. 

Reset on Windows 10 and ready for set-up by a new user. 

A new third-party 1M micro-USB charger will be included. This charger is capable of a slow charge for the Surface and therefore you may see the message 'plugged-in, not charging' whilst using the device. Note that this is a common issue with this model of Surface and the solution is to use a higher wattage charger or the official docking station.
