B&M Sterling D30 hand chased

that’s what is stamped on the bottom of these lovely 6” tall salt and pepper shakers (the holes being slightly larger for the salt shaker)

The hand chased floral design with the lion head at the mount of each foot – simply beautiful

On my postage scale together these weighed 10.7 oz, which converts to 303 grams. The melt value of the sterling is $208 as of 3/1/2024

I think in this case that B&M stands for Baldwin + Miller, which got started in Newark about 1920.  And yes, everything about these tells me they are 100 years old. Later than the 1920s and the firm would have moved on from hand-chased work to higher production.
