The shipping costs stated cover packing in a custom-made wooden box and insurance. However, please note that local costs incurred after arrival in the destination country and transportation to your address are not included.

If you do not receive your package within 3 weeks, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim. In the case of package damage, kindly refuse it upon delivery, sign for a claim with the courier, and notify us promptly.

4.3 Customer Contact for Damages: Customers have 7 days from receipt of the package to report any damages. Refunds cannot be issued for custom-made orders, shipping costs, import custom costs, returns lost or damaged during return shipping, or damages reported after 7 days of receipt.
