This is a Verlicchi Throttle for Italian motorbikes like the the Ducati Bevel 750 860 900SS Mille,  Moto Guzzi. V7 850 T Lemans or the Pantah 500 600 650. This throttle is for twin cables.  Nice state but pasint should be renewed, see pictures.
