The unit shows some signs of wear from use, and has some scratches and spots. The item was my personal phone for a couple of years, and worked fine. The charging port eventually started giving me a lot of trouble. You can charge the phone, but you have to wiggle the wire around a bunch to get it to charge. If you could put a new charging port in it, it should operate fine. I enjoyed using the phone when it was charging correctly. The item comes with the case see in the photos, but no cards or cables.
