Beautiful condition! 
A lovely antique or vintage pair. 
Frosted shades, cut to clear (you can feel the cuts at the dots - these are not just frosted, but cut glass). 

No chips or cracks in the shades - just some tiny, normal "flea bites" around the fitter edges, which aren't seen when installed and in use.
