Returns and Refunds: I'm willing to accept returns and provide refunds if the item is not as described. Refunds won't be provided if defects are caused by the shipping company. The refund will only be provided after I receive the return package 14 days after you recieve the order as shown on tracking. International return is not available at the moment. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer. 

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsbility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to buying. I won't be able to mark the merchandise as gift or mark the value below than what's sold on ebay.

Please note that I'm not a distributor for the brands. I string my own rackets, love to try out different hybrids, so buying strings in reels are better economically, but I do end up with too many... so I'm selling the excess :D
