This came from a BIG  TOPPS Co.  find a while back. 

 Not 100% sure if this was produced or NOT. It does not open even though it seems like it should. 

  Hard plastic with "google" eyes. (The google eyes are vintage ones - that size was used on a lot of 

early 1980s toys and novelties ) .
