• Eco friendly materials. All of our Milestone Baby Tiles are painted using non-toxic varnish, conforming to EN71-3 Standard
• Wood Material: High quality Albasia Plywood with 2 coats of varnish on each side.
• Packaging Material: Linen Bag with string for safe storage
• Hand crafted and finished to detail, each set of these tiles is unique

MATERIALS:
• Premium Albasia Plywood, 4mm. Lightweight and off white color.

WOOD & COLOR INFORMATION:
• Each set is laser cut from a single panel of wood for a uniform result.
• Since each set is unique, minor variations of wood color may occur or be present. This is normal because each wood panel has its own wave pattern and base color intensity.
• The beauty of custom made items is that no two sets are 100% identical, you will hold a unique item custom made just for you.

PRODUCTION TIME:
• We focus on direct production upon receiving your order, usually it's between 4 to 5 business days.
• We do our best to meet shipping estimates.
• All of our items have 2 coats of varnish on each side for maximum protection, this procedure takes a couple of days for the varnish to fully dry before we ship your order.

RETURNS:
• We accept 14-day returns for items still in their original packaging and state.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized items.
• We don't accept changes or cancellations after your order is placed, since production usually starts the same day.
