By purchasing on eBay you accept our terms of sale below in brief.

The product will be shipped via BRT/SDA express courier or Italian post office. 

Delivery times are approximately 2-5 days for all of Italy with the exception of any delays caused by the courier or Poste Italiane, for which we assume no responsibility.

There may be increased prices for shipments to smaller islands or remote locations. If the product is paid for without contacting us or requesting the total from these areas, a payment request will be sent to Paypal for the amount requested by the courier or we will cancel the order with a refund.

If the package is damaged or tampered with, please reject the goods and ask that the words "REFUSED GOODS DAMAGED PACKAGE" always appear on the bill. It will thus be possible to be compensated once any damage caused by the courier has been discovered. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

You will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the delivery date and only if you have not requested an invoice. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Saccomandi Store ascertains:

Even partial use of the goods and any consumables; The lack of or damage to the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging; The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts,...). Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

Non-compliant product: In case of arrival of a non-compliant or incorrect product, always contact us within 10 days of delivery. :

Once the return has been verified and everything is in order, you will be sent a refund of the total amount of the expense. If the product is compliant or damaged by the customer, it will be considered as a right of withdrawal.

If the product arrives damaged due to the courier's negligence, it must be reported within 8 days.   

BILLING 

If requested at the time of purchase, it will be possible to issue an invoice, simply communicate your company details including VAT number and TAX CODE via message on eBay. After the product has been shipped it is not possible to request an invoice.
