On the blank front free-endpaper, nicely inscribed and signed by author Jordi Suñol to the former owner, the late great sax player and bandleader Benny Carter (1907-2003) and his wife Hilma. Slight soiling to page facing the half title page. Otherwise, a very good to near fine copy - clean, bright and unmarked - in a slightly edgeworn dust jacket with a bit of chipping to the upper spine caps but which is nicely preserved and displayed in a clear archival Brodart sleeve.
