This pretty dress is from Chaps (a Ralph Lauren division) in a misses size small (S/P/CH).  Black and white in color.  Lined upper. Soft and stretchy, made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.  Machine washable.  Has a back zipper.  

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 17 inches across

waist is 13.5 inches across

hips are 18 inches across

length is 40 inches long
