Instructions - Hot compress:
1. Put the product in the bag and then put it in warm water at about 60℃. It can be used after about 4-6 minutes.
2. Put the product in a microwave oven (medium-low heat) and heat for 10 seconds, then it can be used. If it is not hot, it can be heated for another 10 seconds, but it cannot be set for a heating at one.
Instructions - Ice compress:
1. Put the product in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, then take it out and rub it with your hands. You can use it after it reaches the right temperature.
2. Put the product in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes, then take it out, rub it with your hands, and use it after it reaches the right temperature.
