Footed silver plated caddy / holder and clear glass handled dish with starburst pressed glass fitted dish. Caddy is marked "Monarch Plate Brand 69/30". In excellent condition with no deterioration (could use a polish). Glass dish is intact with no chips, cracks, staining or repairs. 4.5" diameter and 2.25" tall overall. The Monarch Plate Brand was a brand of the Standard Silver Company, which was established in 1893 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
