The phone is parental locked and we're unable to factory reset the phone, or remove the Google account.
The back of the phone does have some heavy wear and tear, with peeling and heavy scratches. The side and edges of the phone are in similar condition, but with some cracks and chips in places.
The screen has some scuffs and scrapes, but there aren't any serious marks or cracks in the screen. There is light coming through the bottom right, but it seems more like a quality issue than damage.
