Fender 1974 Telecaster Electric Bass Guitar Japan Used

Description

This Telecaster Bass is a Fender VIntage that has a different character from both the Precision Bass and Jazz Bass.
This Telecaster Bass is believed to have been made in 1974.

Ash body, maple neck and fingerboard, standard Telecaster bass wood composition.
The humbucker pickup is mounted just below the neck, which produces a powerful and fat sound, and the hardness of the wood gives it a unique and shining character.

The neck date and pickup date, which are barely visible but faint, give us an estimate of the year of manufacture as 1974.
As replacement parts, volume pot, tone pot, and jack can be confirmed.
Also, there seems to be a history of body rest installation, and only screw holes can be confirmed on the body.

The bass has a fat, powerful, and warm sound that can be fully enjoyed, partly due to the flat strings that are currently on it.

The exterior of the bass is in good condition, with a sense of dignity and use that is typical of the age of the instrument.
The neck is not high or twisted, and can be set at about 2mm to 2.5mm above the 12th fret.

Original hard case included.
