Richard Principal Leitch was a Victorian Artist who wrote books about watercolour paintings. This is an original painting which was reproduced on page 7, (as per description reversed), for the book "Sketches in Watercolours by various artists", published by Blackies & Son Ltd. 1896.

I will send framed & glass but cannot accept responsibility if the glass breaks in transit. I pack well and 99.9% of my pictures get to their destination in great condition. However, I have had a few over the years which have had the glass broken in transit. Unfortunately, no couriers cover glass and so I will only send with the Glass on the understanding that I can't accept responsibility for breakage. So please state whether you would like the glass included or not.
