1)   The Xbox redemption page remains in the loading phase when I have entered the code, why is it not confirming?

Answer – This problem is not due to the code, it is due to Microsoft’s servers. Please redeem on redeem.microsoft.com with the correct Xbox account.

2)   When I try to redeem my code, it states “Check the instructions that came with your code, you might need to redeem it on a different webpage.” What shall I do?
