This is an original drawing by Anson B. Campbell in the sumi art style. The ink drawing is approx. 8” wide x 3.75" high. Frame is 10.75" x 6.75". This work is entitled "Hills" and is signed "anson" in the lower right.  It's in very good condition.

He lived in Washington, DC and Harrisburg, PA, where he was a member of the

Art Association of Harrisburg.  He was a founding member of the Pittsburgh (PA) Plan for Art,

a member of the Bicentennial Symposium Committee to bring international artists to Pittsburg.

and a member of the awards jury for the Harrisburg (PA) Art Festival.  He exhibited

at the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Carnegie Institute, Columbia Museum of Art,

Smithsonian Institution, Birmingham (AL) Museum of Art, Washington, DC Gallery of Art,

Goldman Fine Arts Gallery (DC), Gibbes Art Gallery (SC),  Brooks Memorial Gallery (TN),
