Features for this diesel locomotive include an operating horn, twin motors with flywheels and traction tires, electronic reverse unit, die-cast truck sides, operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels, gears, and axles. It is Lionel compatible.

My opinion in regard to TCA standards is a C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. Has been ran sparingly, and displays overall signs of very light previous use, if any at all. The original paint is in great shape, and the rest of the unit displays a like-new overall finish. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included.
