When a coin is placed in slot in the front, the circuit is activated, and the arm moves to pick up the coin.  The coin is deposited,  and the arm triggers the blue lever to spin the cylinder and display advice.  Infrequently, the arm may get snagged and not trigger the blue lever properly.

Quarters seem to work best because of their size.

Surface wear, dust, and scuff marks as seen in pictures.

Blue plastic lever appears to have a broken / missing upper section, but still functions properly.

Black rubber hoses / wires show wear and cracking.

Does not include any original packaging or paperwork.
