Returns and Terms
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item has been grossly misrepresented in the listing. I do my best to inspect each piece, note any imperfections and give an honest, accurate description but realize that occasionally there may be some things that I miss or a mistake made on my part. I would not ask a buyer to pay return shipping should that happen.
I strive to make sure every customer comes away satisfied. Should there be a problem with your purchase and it does not meet your expectations please contact me and I will do my best to make things right for you. I reply to all my emails promptly and am here to answer any questions you may have.
I try to not use "stock" photos unless absolutely necessary to show you a detail that I cannot pick up with my camera. All items are described to the best of my ability. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you see something that was not mentioned in the listing. It is not intentional and I would like to be able to work with you on remedying the problem without any hassles. I am not a seamstress or retailer. I honestly try my best to take measurements, colors, descriptions, etc., as accurate as possible. Sizing, however, is not my responsibility! Please read measurements carefully, as each manufacturer has their own standards for sizing. One size medium may not be the same size as another.
