Handwritten story on back.  Very hard to read.  Appears to link the connection between the owner: Dorothy Mellick Cleveland?  and the  U.S. Treasury Secretary George Humphrey.  Photo is belived to be 1957.  Treas. Secretary Humphrey resigned shortly after.  Along with paw shaking Lassie are show actors Jan Clayton (Mom Ellen Miller), Thomas Noel Rettig ( Jeff Miller on Lassie) and George Allen Cleveland ("Gramps Miller") on Lassie.
