On offer is this rare, late 19th century, Anglo-Indian silver pin cushion and ring box.

Heart shape, the body is decorated with wonderful repousse wild animals, including lions, tigers & boar.  A hinged lid, with pin cushion insert, the box is lined with dark burgundy velour (as is the base of the pin cushion).

Unmarked other than 06A on the inner rim of the base.

5.5cm x 6.5cm x 5.3cm.

In good antique condition.  Note that there is discolouration and wear to the top of the pin cushion commensurate with age/use.  The silver is generally in good condition.  Please consider photos & video.   

A nice piece for any sewing, box, (sub-continent) silver collector!
