Honda z50A, 1971 minitrail . Resto-mod

  

I've owned and built this bike over the last 10 years.

Originally bought from Huggys speed shop as a restoration project.

 

Frame, Forks, top yoke and rear brake pedal are OEM. Engine is a Honda c90 rebuilt from scratch, new bearings throughout including gearbox, top end from barrel upwards is a new110cc kit. I had the engine cases modded to fit the kit. Motor is up and running with no problems and has garden mileage only.

 Powder coated, and tank to match, 10-inch wheels with discs front and back.

 Lights are fitted but not wired, if you would like to develop the bike further, I have a pattern z50 loom with matching switching gear that is plug in and play, although some fiddling needed to make it look neat and tidy.

V5 in my name, still registered as a 50cc on the log book.

  Z50A Engine case goes with bike, (need repair on stator cover screw thread)
