  • 1)  8" X 5.5" Fan Club Certificate No. 016920. Good condition with some minor wear.
  • 2)  8 X 10" color picture (not glossy and not on photo paper).  Good condition with some minor wear.
  • 3)  3.5" x 2.5" Charter membership card.  The original member filled out their name and address on the front of the card and signed the back of the card.  The card is in fair condition with some wear a slight crease.
